- Data minimization
- Start with sample payloads and non-sensitive workflow maps when possible. Request production access only when needed for the agreed implementation.
- Human control
- Define approval points for sensitive decisions, customer communication, financial actions, or anything that changes a system of record.
- Access boundaries
- Use the minimum permissions required for the workflow and document which tools, fields, and accounts are involved.
- Limitations
- AI output can be wrong. Every production workflow needs test cases, exception routing, logs, and a human review path.
- Ownership
- Client source data, workflow context, and business records remain client assets. Implementation artifacts should be documented and handed over clearly.
