04 / Media pipelines
Research to published, with nobody in the loop
A daily content operation is a factory, not a creative act repeated by hand. We build the line: research, script, voice, footage, cut, quality gates and upload, running on fixed slots, with every artefact measured before it is allowed out.
Book a scope callWhat the system owns
- Research: sources pulled on a schedule and dropped when they fail a freshness or credibility gate
- Script: written to a locked voice, normalised for pronunciation before any audio is rendered
- Voice: synthetic narration checked against its own transcript, word by word, on the waveform
- Footage: every shot matched to the claim it sits under; a contradiction is a hard block
- Publish: titles, descriptions and thumbnails generated, checked and scheduled, not pasted
What gets shipped
- The pipeline on your accounts and your channels, under version control you hold
- A QA gate per stage with its thresholds written down next to the code
- A run journal: what was made, what was blocked, and why, for every unit
- A cost card per published unit, measured, not estimated

04 patterns
Daily documentary line
A long-form episode researched, scripted, voiced, cut and scheduled every day without a person in the loop. Pronunciation, footage-to-claim match and measured audio quality are gates, not reviews.
Short-form vertical line
Headline to published clip in one pass. Every frame is checked against the story's current state, and the clip is held if any shot contradicts the claim on screen.
Narration studio
Reference-engineered voice with matched-window audio forensics. A rendered paragraph is accepted only when its transcript matches the script and the waveform clears the measured floor.
Book pipeline
Manuscript, interior art, cover and typesetting rebuilt as one unit on every change, so a stale page can never reach a reader.
Before you sign anything
- How do you stop it publishing something wrong?
- Gates that fail closed. Each stage writes an artefact and a measurement; the next stage refuses to start if the measurement is under its floor. Nothing is logged-and-shipped-anyway. The thresholds are written down with the pipeline so you can tighten them yourself.
- What does one unit cost to produce?
- We tell you from the run journal, not from a brochure. Every unit records its model calls, render time and compute, and the pipeline carries a daily spend ceiling enforced in code.
- Will it sound and look generated?
- Voice is locked to a reference and measured against it. Scripts are normalised so names, numbers and units are spoken correctly. The failure we design against is a presenter who sounds like four people across a week.
Evidence
One of these is running right now.
@MiraAiHQ is a live autonomous operator built on exactly this architecture. The loop, the limits and the handoff are all documented.
